If you are an artist, looking for accurate form in your anatomical reference, this is your app. I have all the big anatomy apps since I have been teaching anatomy for artists for about fifteen years. While there are several great apps out there, this one has the best 3D model in terms of accuracy of form. This app could use several things. One, it needs a full figure view. This is most important. Two, the color of the muscles is to saturated right now, and can be slightly distracting. Three, I would like to see more accurate striations and fiber bundles, especially in areas like the deltoids. All in all, its a great app.
This app will not help you to learn about the muscles. It has no information on origins, insertion, actions, none of that, but I just got it for 3D reference anyway, for which it has a pretty decent interface. However, could you have picked an uglier color for the muscles? Since when are muscles orange? Bleh! I have to invert color to tolerate the visual assault. One star for no info other than names and 5 stars for good interface, 1 star for color scheme, somehow that adds up to 2 stars at this point. Cant bring myself to give it three.
